COMPETITIVE SALES PRICE:

 
The must agree to Sell their Home for a Competitive Sales Price. It's not the Net the Seller will yield from the Sale of their Home; it's the Price that the Home will sale for, based on other comparable properties in the area.

HOME CONDITION:

 
The Seller Home must be in fairly good conditions, many times it is the condition of the home that produces the sale. The Listing Agent will evaluate the Homes Condition and do a Competitive Market Analysis for its Valued Price based upon the Homes Condition.

LISTING AGREEMENT:

 
The Agent must have the exclusive right to sell the sellers home and the home must be continuously Listed with the Agent at all times.

GUEST BOOK:

 
Seller must be willing to keep a Guest Book and to have either the Buyers Agent and/or Buyers Sign in. Guest Book signing is just one way that we can track the visitors to your home.

HOME SHOWINGS:

 
The Seller must be willing to make their home available to Buyers and Buyers Agents at all times, by having a Lock Box we can track Agent access into your home.

AFTER THE HOME IS SOLD:

 
The Seller must provide the Listing Agent with their Forwarding Address at or before the Close of Escrow.
