  Print and distribute your homes flyers to 500 top local real estate agents mailboxes and/or to board meetings.

We encourage our Sellers to be updated on market conditions, and other factors that may be affecting their property. We know in this business that their may be many 'Lookie Loues' that is why we encourage our Sellers to put their valuables away in a Safe or a Safe Deposit Box, even though the home might be shown with an Agent, we don't know if the Agents are supervising their Clients every move, and in this business you have to take precautions.

SELLERS DISCLOSURES:

 
Their are new Laws that require certain Sellers to Disclosures, and if the Seller sells their home themselves and fail to include these State Law disclosure they can be held liable for any damages that the Buyer may suffer. We know what disclosures are required and keep you liability free.

BRINGING QUALIFIED BUYERS

 
Buyer Financing and Your Bottom Line, Sellers when listing their homes can choose how the buyer will purchase their homes.  We will inform you of the different financing alternatives that are currently available to buyers and explain how they affect you in the end proceeds of your home.

KEEPING EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH YOU

PERIODIC UPDATES:
Promptly keep you up-dated and give you feed-back from other agents and/or their buyers who have seen your home.

Notify us of any personal status that can affect your selling motivation including divorce, personal lawsuits and/or liens.

Notify us of any 'financial status' that can affect your motivation to sell including a new loan and/or change of ownership.

Notify us if you will be 'out of town' and give us a number where you can be reached. Most offers come suddenly and last only for a 24 hours if they are not answered. We can fax you the offer and discuss details by phone. (But let us know).

One of the major complaints is non-communication we keep you informed along the way and through the whole process.
